Currently, we are looking for a HR Manager for our team in Poland.
We are searching for a skilled HR professional with a passion for people and a drive for excellence to lead people-related processes in Poland. You will work closely with the country leadership and Nordcloud People team to implement the initiatives that align with our business objectives.
This position is a maternity leave replacement, and therefore it is fixed term for 1,5 years. It is a hybrid position in our Poznań office.
Your daily responsibilities:
- Managing people processes - from onboarding to exit
- Ensuring that all processes are executed according to local legal requirements as well as Nordcloud compliance standards
- Owning and managing projects in our international People team
- Partnering with and consulting our leaders on people-related topics to ensure retention and consistent employee experience
- Collaborating with employee representatives to retain trusted relationship
- Closely collaborating with our talent acquisition and development teams to ensure the future capabilities
- Innovating and implementing ideas on how to create a workplace where people are engaged and flourish
- Taking an active part of our employer branding strategy to retain our people from diverse backgrounds, fostering an inclusive workplace culture
- Office management
- Occasional travelling in Poland or Europe may be an option
Your key skills:
- Minimum of 5 years experience in Human Resources
- Holistic understanding of people processes along the employee life cycle
- Excellent knowledge of Polish employment regulations and experience with managing B2B contractors
- Excellent communication skills and service-minded mentality
- Drive and self-motivation with the ability to work independently
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment
- Fluent communication skills in English and Polish
