We’re on the lookout for a Cloud Engineering Team Lead to join our team in Kuopio, Finland. In this role, you’ll guide a talented group of cloud specialists who support public sector clients—making a real impact where it matters most.

What you’ll do:

  • Design, deploy, and operate cutting-edge Azure IaaS solutions.

Your key skills:

  • Windows Server Administration – Expert-level knowledge of Windows/Linux Server environments, including configuration, hardening, performance tuning, and troubleshooting. Skilled in managing roles and features such as Active Directory, DNS, and Group Policy.
  • Azure IaaS – Strong hands-on experience deploying, managing, and optimizing Azure IaaS components such as Virtual Machines, networking, storage, and hybrid connectivity
  • Managed Services Operations – Proven ability to design, implement, and operate managed services frameworks for cloud infrastructure, including monitoring, incident management, patching, and backup/recovery processes.
  • Azure Infrastructure Engineering – Skilled in architecting and maintaining scalable, secure, and resilient Azure infrastructure. Experience with automation, governance, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Bicep, ARM, Terraform, or PowerShell.
  • Critical Server Environments – Experience maintaining business-critical workloads with high availability, performance, and security requirements. Proficient in root cause analysis and problem resolution for production systems.
  • Failover Clusters – In-depth understanding of Windows Server failover clustering, high-availability configurations, and disaster recovery strategies for clustered services in Azure environments.
  • Fluent communication skills in Finnish and English
