This position is based in Gothenburg, with hybrid flexibility. Regular on-site presence is required.
What You'll Do:
- Translate customers’ business needs into public and hybrid cloud-based solutions
- Lead PoCs, architectural design sessions, implementation projects, and IT portfolio transformation plans
- Take ownership of technical vision and delivery — driving projects forward rather than just executing
- Collaborate with project managers, cloud engineers, and sales teams to ensure clear understanding of customer needs and remove sales blockers
- Support pre-sales activities with strategic thinking and customer focus
- Anticipate challenges and craft practical, forward-looking solutions for customers
What You Bring:
- A proactive mindset — you seek out problems and solve them
- 8+ years in IT, with at least 5 years focused on Azure cloud architecture and delivery
- Experience translating business goals into technical solution offerings
- Strong background in Application Design, Architecture, and Implementation — ideally in Systems Operations, Networking, IT Security, or IT Governance
- Experience supporting Sales teams and contributing to customer-facing engagements
- Deep knowledge of Azure core services, Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Bicep), DevOps practices, and security patterns
- Ability to present technical solutions clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Structured communicator with strong interpersonal skills
- Growth mindset — always learning and helping others grow
- Relevant Azure certifications
- Fluent in Swedish and English
