Currently, we are looking for a Technology Lead (Salesforce) to join our team in Poland.
Your daily responsibilities:
- Collaborating with IT and business stakeholders to help define functional and technical requirements
- Translating and simplifying requirements to enable successful development work
- Identifying issues and risks and promote them in timely manner
- Ensuring compliant, secure and quality build following Salesforce and Certinia best practices
- Maintaining an environment where continuous improvement of the development process is in focus - leading and guiding development team(s) through the phases of development: design, code, test, deploy
- Investigating the system for solutions that resolve root-cause issues
- Performing application reviews installed on Salesforce Platform
- Cooperating with different vendors
Your key skills:
- At least 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce administration and development experience across Sales Cloud
- Experience with Certinia applications or Salesforce CPQ
- Experience working with Agile methodologies
- Proficiency in Salesforce customization and configuration best practices
- Proficiency in Apex, SOQL, SOSL, LWC
- Proficiency in REST API integrations/setting up web services (other types of integrations is a plus)
- Experience with Managed Packages / 3rd Party applications is a plus
- Preferred certifications:
- Salesforce Certified Administrator
- Salesforce Certified Platform Developer 1
- Salesforce Certified Platform Developer 2
- Fluent communication skills in English
