To whom is this talent pool for?

This is a great fit for professionals who are considering a career move in the near future (2025/2026) and interested to hear from us as we win new clients, start new projects and open new roles! Most of our roles are designed for people with at least a few years of hands-on experience in cloud services and interested to work in cloud consulting environment.

What kind of skills are we currently looking for?

Our needs vary depending on customer projects. As a global cloud consultancy, we work with Azure (Microsoft), AWS (Amazon), and GCP (Google).

Right now, our Swedish clients/projects are especially interested towards:

  • Developer Background - Understanding of the higher levels of how to develop and use Azure
  • Data and Data in combination with AI
  • Security and security in combination with the above
  • Data sovereignty and compliance (Azure Local as example).

But overall, Azure skills are something we see a high and stable demand for the future years to come. So if you’re interested in large-scale migration and integration projects, we’d love to hear from you. Visibility of Azure consulting and infrastructure tools in your CV helps us match your skills to our needs.

In addition to English (our company language), you’ll need to be able to work fluently communicate in Swedish.
